I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist who offers a warm, thoughtful, and collaborative space for therapy. My approach is grounded in the belief that lasting change comes from understanding ourselves more deeply. Together, we explore emotions, relationships, life experiences, and recurring patterns that may shape how you experience yourself and others.
Rather than focusing solely on symptom relief, I am interested in helping people understand the deeper roots of their difficulties and discover new ways of relating to themselves and the world around them.
Psychoanalytic psychotherapy is a process of self-discovery that can lead to greater emotional freedom, more fulfilling relationships, and a stronger sense of authenticity.
